The XJBS-A series wall-mounted enclosures are constructed from high-quality sheet steel and are designed to accommodate a wide range of electrical components, tailored to suit various control function requirements.

Materials

• Body: 1.2mm sheet steel (up to size XJBS-A 8060/20), then 1.5mm for larger sizes

• Mounting Plate: 1.5mm sheet steel (up to size XJBS-A 8060/20), then 2.0mm

• Door: 1.2mm sheet steel (up to size XJBS-A 8060/20), then 1.5mm

Surface Finish

• Body and Door: Epoxy polyester powder coating with a textured finish

• Mounting Plate: Epoxy polyester powder coating with a flat finish

Color Options

• Body and Door: RAL 7032 or RAL 7035

• Mounting Plate: RAL 2000 or galvanized steel

Protection Ratings

• Ingress Protection: IP65 (dust and water-resistant)

• Impact Resistance: IK10

Features

• Dust & Water Protection: Equipped with a PU foam sealing gasket to ensure dust and water resistance

• Door Opening Angle: 120° with plug-in hinges (reinforcing profile available for enclosures with height ≥600mm)

• Mounting: Four pre-punched hanging holes on the back; wall-mounting brackets available separately
