Since the welding function is high temperature erosion, the surface of the welding material may have black marks sometime. At this time, the cleaning function of the machine can be used to clean the surface of the welding material to ensure the smoothness of the welding surface. In addition, we also have a simple cutting function to cut thin metals for easier operation by the user.

1. SUPER laser welding head
Our machine is equipped with Relfar’s welding head, which has good welding performance and low distortion; it can weld dissimilar steels and dissimilar metals with low welding heat input and low post-welding distortion, which results in a very nice welding surface.
The ergonomic design of the head of our machines and the fact that we keep the weight at 730g. This means that the operator can hold the machine head for long periods of time without fatigue.

And our welding head has intelligent temperature control system. When the machine reaches the set temperature of the optical path (factory setting 50 degrees), the red dot will light up (at the same time, the fibre optic stops emitting light), we can stop the work to check if there is dust inside the optical path, etc., to maximize the protection of the machine’s operational safety.
2.MAX laser source
Laser is the most important configuration of the machine, our machine laser is used MAX, MAX is one of the first established fibre laser manufacturers in China, but also in the country’s first batch of fibre laser research and development and production of laser brands, a long history of light and stability, the lowest failure rate of the machine, the photoelectric conversion rate is high.
3. SUPER control system
The control system we use is Relfar, a handheld laser welding system with a 7 inch TFT touch screen operating panel, beautiful interface, easy to operate, Relfar control system has a variety of languages, the machine itself with a simple English, Spanish, Russian and so on nearly ten languages. The machine itself is available in English, Spanish, Russian and nearly a dozen other languages, and the customer can customise the language according to their own language habits.
The control system can pre-store commonly used parameters, which can improve the efficiency of handling different materials.
4.Automatic wire feeder
We wire feeder, when the machine with automatic give when welding larger weld, you can use the automatic wire feeder, it can make the welding more beautiful, melting depth is stronger, welding effect is stronger and more stable.
5. The machine is equipped with an emergency stop button, which can improve safety in case of emergency.
6. There are wheels at the bottom of the machine, which makes the movement more flexible and the working position is not restricted.
7.The  cable is 10m long. 2m internal and 8m external, which means you can weld without moving the welder within a range of 8m. In addition, the cable can be customised to 15m or 20m.
